1.About JetSetGo
JetSetGo ("we", "us", "our") is an AI-powered travel discovery and curation platform. We are not the supplier of the flights, hotels, transfers, tours or events you book through the platform. Each booking is fulfilled by an independent supplier (e.g. Booking.com, Kiwi.com, Klook, GetTransfer) under their own terms. JetSetGo earns a referral commission, at no extra cost to you.
2.Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use JetSetGo. By creating an account you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, complete and kept up to date.
3.AI Curation Disclaimer
Our recommendations, prices, itineraries and "Mystery" suggestions are generated using artificial intelligence over real-time partner data. While we strive for accuracy, AI output is provided "as-is" and may occasionally contain errors, outdated availability or estimated pricing. Always review the final price, dates and inclusions on the partner's checkout page before paying.
4.Bookings & Pricing
All bookings are made directly with the relevant supplier. Prices are shown in GBP by default and converted to USD/EUR/AED using indicative FX rates — the supplier's charged amount is final and may vary slightly. Taxes, baggage and resort fees may apply at checkout.
5.Cancellations & Changes
Cancellation, refund and amendment rules are set by the supplier and shown on the partner checkout page. JetSetGo cannot override a supplier's cancellation policy. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for every trip.
6.Acceptable Use
You agree not to scrape, resell, automate or misuse the platform; not to upload unlawful, defamatory or infringing content to journals or reviews; and not to attempt to bypass paywalls, rate limits or our security mechanisms.
7.Intellectual Property
The JetSetGo name, brandmark, gold/teal palette, AI prompts, design system and editorial content are our intellectual property. Partner logos and imagery belong to their respective owners.
8.Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JetSetGo is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from third-party supplier services, force-majeure events, or AI-generated suggestions. Our total liability for any direct loss is capped at the commission we earned on your booking.
9.Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted on the homepage and via email to registered users. Continued use of JetSetGo after an update constitutes acceptance.
